Topbet9 accepts members aged 18 and above only. This is an absolute requirement and admits no exceptions. Any account found to have been opened by an underage individual will be terminated immediately, and all balances refunded upon completion of the investigation.
Each individual is only permitted to hold ONE active topbet9 account. Holding more than one account constitutes a serious violation of these Terms & Conditions and may result in the freezing or closure of all associated accounts without any refund.

The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit. topbet9 will not transfer funds to third-party accounts or to a different payment method from the one used at the time of deposit.
Withdrawal processing times vary by membership tier: standard members within 1–3 business days, Silver members within 24 hours, Gold members within 12 hours, Platinum members within 4 hours, and Diamond VIP members within 15 minutes.
